Scope and Purpose:
This Cancellation Policy governs all reservations made directly with SOULFULL CONNECTIONS, ensuring compliance with our principles of care and attentiveness to guest needs.
Legitimate Reservations:
All reservations must be bona fide, intended solely for personal use by the reserving party, their invited guests, or individuals for whom the reserving party is duly authorized to act. The following actions are expressly prohibited:

Reselling reservations.

Unauthorized assignment of reservations.

Posting reservations on third-party websites.

Making speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations.

Making reservations in anticipation of demand without genuine intent to use.
Right to Cancel or Modify:
Soulful Connections reserves the unilateral right to cancel or modify any reservation at its sole discretion, including, but not limited to, instances where:

Fraudulent or inappropriate activities are suspected.

Errors or mistakes, including those made by The Island Retreat, are detected in the reservation process.
In the event of a contested cancellation, account freezing, or closure, guests are directed to contact apeirce85@gmail.com for resolution.
Reservation Changes and Cancellations:
Modifications or cancellations of reservations can be executed by contacting Soulfull Connections. Such requests are subject to:

Availability at the time of modification.

Applicable rate differences.

Potential imposition of a new cancellation policy.
Cancellation Window:
Confirmed reservations are eligible for changes or cancellations up to 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival/check-in date, subject to certain restrictions.
